Christmas Delivery
Our Standard Delivery Christmas cut-off varies by product and falls between 16th - 20th December, depending on the delivery service selected at checkout.

From time to time, we may offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount. This threshold may vary depending on promotional activity but will always be clearly signposted during your shopping experience.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days, with the aim of dispatching within 1 business day where possible. Expedited shipping options will be processed faster to meet their respective delivery times.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to the UK and Northern Ireland. Please note that we do not currently offer delivery to the Channel Islands, and some surcharges may apply at checkout for certain UK mainland zones.
Couriers
We work with trusted courier partners, including Royal Mail, DHL, Evri (formerly Hermes), DPD, UPS, and others. Orders will be dispatched via our trusted Zyfty partners using their selected courier.

Tracking details will be provided via email (and sometimes SMS) once your order has been dispatched.
Partial Deliveries
If your order consists of multiple parcels, they may arrive on different days.
If you have not received your full delivery as expected, please follow these steps:
Open the parcel(s) you have received to check if all items have been dispatched.
Use the 'Track My Parcel' feature in My Orders to view the latest status.
If the tracking information does not update, please contact our customer support team, who will ensure your remaining items are delivered promptly.

How much does delivery cost?
Orders over £50 qualify for free standard delivery. For orders under £50, a delivery charge of £4.99 applies. Standard delivery takes approximately 3-5 days, with some items arriving within 1-3 days. More accurate delivery dates will be displayed at checkout. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate parcels at no extra cost.
How can I track my delivery?
Tracking numbers are provided automatically in your dispatch email. If your order includes multiple parcels from different Zyfty partners, you will receive a tracking number for each package. Please check your emails for updates.
Will I receive multiple parcels from different brands?
If your order includes items from different Zyfty partners, you may receive multiple parcels. Each dispatch email will detail the items included and provide the relevant tracking number.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
While rare, delays or misplaced deliveries can occur. Tracking numbers are included in your dispatch email, allowing you to monitor your order's progress. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
Once an order has been placed, it is immediately processed in the warehouse. If you contact our customer service team within the first hour, we will do our best to accommodate any changes before dispatch.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to mainland UK and Northern Ireland. At present, we do not offer delivery to the Channel Islands. Some UK mainland postcodes may be subject to surcharges, which will be calculated at checkout. These include:
